As a male role model working in a field dominated by women I am often asked how I feel in my job position. The answer is simple, it is fantastic.

Every day I get to wake up and inspire children and their parents. I am equally rewarded in how much I learn from my work each day. The children teach me new things constantly and remind me of how it is to stay young and see the world from their perspective. I am honored to gain their trust and their love and to have the privilege to teach them values, respect, and a foundation in real life skills that supports them into adulthood. Being a man, playing the role of confidant, friend, counselor, mentor, coach, or teacher to children and parents alike has allowed me to live my dream job. I do it all, I make it fun, and I never stop reaching for challenges.
